按此清单逐项准备，并确保签字为原件（第 7 页 9.1A 处）。提交前建议将申请编号与护照号发我们进行预审（需先付款）。

材料清单（通用）

General Checklist

  1. 《COVA 中国签证申请表》在线填写 → 下载 PDF → 打印并签字原件（第 7 页 9.1A）。
    COVA China Visa Application Form: complete online → download PDF → print and wet‑sign (Page 7, 9.1A).
  2. COVA 在线填表确认页（签字原件）。

  3. 护照原件（有效期 ≥ 6 个月，至少 2 页空白签证页）。
    Passport original (≥6 months validity, ≥2 blank visa pages).
  4. 护照姓名照片页复印件。
    Copy of passport bio page.
  5. 近 6 个月正面免冠彩照 1 张（2×2 英寸，与在线上传一致）。如已上传且确认页彩色打印，可不另附纸质照。参见：签证照片详细要求。
    One recent photo (within 6 months, 2×2 inch), matching the online upload. If the upload is accepted and the confirmation page is color‑printed, paper photo may be omitted. See photo specs.
  6. 最近一次中国签证复印件及承载该签证的外国护照复印件。
    Copy of your last China visa and the foreign passport that contains it.
  7. 如旧护照上仍有未过期中国签证，请寄送旧护照原件。
    If an unexpired China visa is in your old passport, mail the original old passport.
  8. “邀请函 + 邀请人身份证（彩色）”，多人同时申请时，每人各附一套。模板：邀请函模板。
    Invitation letter + inviter’s CN ID (color); submit one set per applicant. Template: Invitation Template.
  9. 商务（M）签证：请提供雇主信 Employer letter。
    For M (Business) visas: include an Employer letter.
  10. 旅游（L）签证：不再需要机票、旅馆，也不要邀请函。
    L (Tourist) visas: no longer require flight/hotel bookings and no invitation letter.
  11. 《申请人在美声明表》（签字原件）。
    “Applicant’s Statement in the U.S.” (wet signature required).
  12. 驾照（正面）复印件。
    Copy of driver’s license (front).
  13. 邮寄前请将护照、老签证等原件拍照或复印留底。
    Before mailing, scan/photocopy originals (passport/old visas) for your records.
  14. 所有材料必须单面打印。
    All documents must be single‑sided prints.

原中国公民（含港澳台）首次申请材料

First‑time Applicants (Former Chinese incl. HK/MO/TW)

  1. 最后一本中国护照原件（注销后退还）+ 两份资料页复印件。
    Last Chinese passport original (returned after cancellation) + 2 copies of bio page.
  2. 入籍证明（Certificate of Naturalization）复印件。
    Copy of Certificate of Naturalization.
  3. 在入籍证明空白处手写：最后一次从中国出境的日期。
    Hand‑write your last exit date from China on a blank area of the naturalization certificate copy.
  4. 如更改姓名，提供相关改名文件复印件。
    If name changed, include copies of name‑change documents.
  5. 如原中国护照过期或遗失：请填写一份《声明书》。
    If the last CN passport expired or was lost: complete this Declaration.
  6. 如曾申请过中国签证：打印申请表后，请在 1.6H 处手写补充原中国护照号与身份证号。
    If you previously applied for a CN visa: after printing, hand‑write your former CN passport No. and CN ID No. at section 1.6H.

注意：申请表第 7 页需签在 9.1A 申请人签名处；9.2E 为代填人签名位。

Note: On Page 7, sign at 9.1A Applicant’s signature; 9.2E is for the preparer.

  • 完成 COVA 后，下载并打印全套（通常 7–8 页），包含《在线填表确认页》与《中华人民共和国签证申请表》。
  • After COVA, download and print the full set (usually 7–8 pages): the Confirmation Page + the Application Form.
  • 如不提交纸质照片且系统已接受头像，上述确认页需彩色打印。
  • If no paper photo is provided and the upload was accepted, the confirmation page must be printed in color.
