同声传译 $400–500/小时（2 名译员）+ 差旅/停车 最低计费2小时；同传设备可协助租赁。
电话/视频口译 $80–120/小时（最低 0.5 小时） 医疗电话口译参考 $100/小时。

预约流程

  1. 发送邮件/致电，说明日期、城市、开始时间、预计时长、场景与专业要求；
  2. 收到报价与可用档期 → 支付定金（≥$200 的项目通常收取 20–50% 预付）；
  3. 确认译员与到场/远程方案；如需同传设备，可协助租赁；
  4. 服务完成后结清尾款，获取服务凭证/开票。

常见问题

医疗/法庭/USCIS 面试能提供专业译员吗？

可以。医疗译员具备医学背景或医学口译培训；法律/法庭与移民口译团队经验丰富，熟悉流程与纪律要求。

同声传译是否提供设备？

我们可协助客户租赁同传设备（同传间、接收机、耳麦、导览设备等），费用另计。

如何计算等候时间与最少计时？

按约定开始时间计时；通常提供15 分钟到场宽限。超出最少计时后按分钟精确计费。

是否需要另付餐费/小费/交通费/停车费？

这些费用通常已在报价中明确（差旅/停车按实际或包干计入），无需额外支付；如有特殊安排将事先书面说明。

取消与改期规则？

提前48 小时以上取消：全额退款；不足 48 小时：可能收取操作/挡期费用（以合同/报价为准）。

How to Book

  2. Receive quote & availability → place a deposit (20–50% for >$200).
  3. Confirm interpreter and logistics; SI equipment rental if needed.
  4. Service delivery → invoice/receipt.

Medical / court / USCIS experience?

Yes. Dedicated medical, legal/court, and immigration teams with extensive field experience.

Do you supply SI equipment?

We can coordinate rental (booths, receivers, headsets, tour guide systems).

Waiting time & minimums?

Time starts at the agreed appointment; 15-minute grace is typical. After the minimum, we bill per minute.

Are meals/tips/travel included?

Travel/parking is itemized or bundled in the quote; no surprise fees. Special arrangements will be stated in writing.

Cancellation policy?

≥48 hours: full refund; <48 hours: may incur administrative/holding fees as quoted.
